A full work address
Every posting carries at least one complete work location — street address, city, province and postal code. If the job is offered at several sites, add more than one address to the same posting; seekers see each one listed in full.
The client’s operating name
Each client profile carries the name job seekers know the business by (e.g. “Flying Pig”) alongside its legal name. The operating name is shown first on every posting and company page — your agency’s name never appears.
Clear pay and requirements
Salary with its period (per hour, day, week, bi-weekly, month or year), education and experience picked from standard lists, an industry category and an optional NOC code — printable on one clean sheet.

Who is the consultant account for?
Recruitment agencies, staffing firms, HR consultants and immigration consultants who post jobs on behalf of more than one employer.
How many employer profiles can I add?
Unlimited. Each client gets its own company profile with logo, description and contact details, and each posting is published under the client company name.
How is billing handled?
Every posting is $9.99 + GST per month ($10.49 in total), billed to your account. Billing shows one list of subscriptions and receipts across all your clients, so you can pass costs through cleanly.
Can I use a Canada Careers posting for LMIA recruitment advertising?
Canada Careers is a Canadian job board that employers can use for recruitment advertising, and every posting has a printable record of advertisement. Use Print on the posting page: the record shows the job advertisement, the date it was posted, how many days it has been published up to the date printed, its status, the date printed and the web address where it is advertised. You can keep that record for your LMIA file. Canada Careers is not a government service; whether your recruitment meets the requirements of a Labour Market Impact Assessment is decided by Employment and Social Development Canada, so check the current rules on canada.ca.
Can my clients see the applicants?
Applicants land in your dashboard. You can download resumes and update statuses; forward what you need to your client. Client logins for shared access are on our roadmap.
Can I switch between companies quickly?
Yes — a company selector appears on every job list, and the posting form asks which client you are posting for.
Is there a volume discount?
Not yet. Pricing is a flat $9.99 + GST per posting per month for third-party consultants, with no contracts.
