*Duties*

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards
• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed
• Serve breakfast items efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
• Follow health and safety regulations to uphold food safety standards at all times

*Skills*

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and food service within a restaurant or food industry setting
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including meal preparation and food handling procedures
• Excellent serving skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests
• Familiarity with food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly motivated candidates
