Job Description

We are Looking for a Commercial Hood Cleaner to join our established company with over 50 years of experience in the industry!

Your Duties:

? Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hoods, filters, and accessible exhaust components

? Remove grease buildup to maintain cleanliness and reduce fire hazards

? Use pressure-washing equipment and cleaning chemicals safely

? Protect kitchen equipment and surrounding areas during cleaning

? Follow applicable safety, sanitation, and company procedures

? Identify and report equipment defects or safety concerns

? Wear required PPE and follow workplace safety requirements

? Clean the work area and store equipment properly after each job

Requirements

? Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts

? Valid Class 5 driver?s licence required

? Kitchen or sanitation cleaning experience is an asset

? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

? Reliable, punctual, and professional

? Legally authorized to work in Canada; no sponsorship available

? Able to identify and report safety or maintenance issues

Legally able to obtain employment in Canada. Detail oriented. Friendly and Professional. Able to work in a team-oriented environment. Desire to learn, seek new challenges and take on additional responsibilities. Reasoning ability. Good common sense with ability to solve practical problems. Identify potential safety or maintenance issues. Communicate them to your supervisor. Comply with all safety policies and procedures relating to performance of tasks Use of products or supplies and incident reporting. Language Skills Ability to communicate effectively in English Understand and follow directions in English.
