Job description
Chinook Metalworks is adding two CNC Machinists to the Calgary plant, with occasional coverage at the Red Deer shop.
You will set up and run 3-axis mills and a turning centre, hold tolerances to +/- 0.001", and edit programs at the machine.
Day shift, Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days.
Requirements
Machinist certificate of qualification or equivalent shop experience.
Three to five years on CNC mills and lathes.
Able to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
Benefits
Four-day work week, boot and tool allowance, full benefits after 3 months, overtime at time and a half.
