*Responsibilities*

• Deliver accurate, timely assistance to customers
• Identify caller needs and gather essential information
• Consistently follow quality standards to ensure excellent service
• Navigate multiple computer systems with confidence
• Inbound, outbound calls and emails to current customers

*Qualifications*

• Highly motivated and passionate about delivering superior customer service
• Previous call center or customer service experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent

*Job Details*

• *Full-time, Permanent Evenings*
• *Pay:* Starting at $19.35/hour (increases to $20.10/hour afterpassing probation)
• *Hours:* 32?48 per week ( weekends and holiday included)

• *Vacation:* 6% accrual beginning immediately (3 weeks annually)
• *RRSP:* Company-funded program after 1 year of service (no employee contribution required)
