Early Childhood Educator (ECE)

An ECE diploma is required for this position.

DUTIES:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children in the early childhood program
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development
• Maintain accurate records of each child's attendance, behavior, and developmental milestones
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
• Follow all licensing regulations and maintain a clean and organized classroom

Experience

• Previous experience working in a licensed childcare setting
• Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom of children
• Ability to write reports and communicate effectively with parents and staff members
• Organizational skills to maintain a structured learning environment
• Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English language skills as you are working directly with young children.

Pay: $17.17-$27.79 per hour
