*Summary*

Freedom Fire Inc. is seeking a skilled Journeyman Electrician who is interested in low-impact, specialized electrical work. This position is ideal for someone looking to expand their experience beyond traditional electrical installations into emergency lighting and fire alarm systems.

You?ll work alongside a supportive team on a variety of commercial and industrial projects while developing valuable skills in the life safety industry.

*Responsibilities*

• Inspect, install, and troubleshoot emergency lighting systems in accordance with fire code and safety standards
• Perform fire alarm wiring, device installation, and panel replacements
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Work collaboratively with project managers, technicians, and other trades
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and service records
• Travel to out-of-town job sites as required

*Qualifications*

• Valid Journeyman Electrician certification
• Interest in obtaining CFAA certification (company paid)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Valid driver?s license
• Ability to work out of town when required

*Preferred (Not Required)*

• Experience with emergency lighting systems
• Experience with fire alarm systems and related wiring
