*Duties*

• Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Use hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and levels to support various tasks.
• Support carpentry work, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting activities under supervision.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements.
• Assist with plumbing, caulking, welding, and restoration tasks as needed.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
• Help with site organization, including maintaining clean work areas and proper storage of tools and materials.

*Skills*

• Must have prior construction site experience and solid safety knowledge.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic construction equipment.
• Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Knowledge of carpentry techniques, drywall installation, flooring, tile laying, and painting is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics for project guidance.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems, caulking procedures, welding basics, and restoration processes enhances your versatility.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
