Legal Assistant

*Bajaj Narang Immigration Ltd *is looking for a reliable, organized and professional Legal Assistant to join our Office in Surrey BC.

The successful candidate will assist in file/case preparation activities and administrative tasks. You must be a self-motivated, highly organized individual with an ease for communication and a passion for client service.

*Responsibilities*

Duties:

• Draft correspondence, application forms, submissions, list of documents, indexes and summaries;
• Maintain BF's for limitation dates and other important dates;
• File openings, preparation, and management;
• Receive, review and analyze documents for relevance;
• Prepare invoices and payments;
• Communicate with clients courteously and professionally;
• Back up reception / client services; and
• Other duties as required

*Qualifications:*

• Experience in legal document preparation, including forms, supporting documents and case files;
• Strong communication stills for intercting with clients , collegues and other departments;
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and Adobe;
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure; and
• Ability to work onsite - Surrey BC both independently and in a team environment with a can-do attitude
