We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality grilled dishes, ensuring food safety standards are maintained, and providing excellent service to our guests. *Responsibilities*

• Prepare and cook grilled items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area
• Handle food safely, adhering to food handling and sanitation guidelines
• Assist in meal preparation for various menu items as needed
• Serve food promptly and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management
• Follow all safety procedures related to kitchen equipment and food handling

*Qualifications*

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
• Strong understanding of meal preparation, especially grilling techniques
• Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Kitchen experience within the food industry is preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team

Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
