Nurse Practitioner

*Job Overview*

We are currently a Nurse practitioner to join our healthcare team who will be a hardworking, confident, and compassionate team player. The patient caseload will include patients from all ages from newborns to teens to the elderly. You will work with other healthcare professionals in a close knit medical clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of patients, particularly those with chronic conditions. The preference would be that the selected candidates would be accepted under nurse practitioner primary care program, though other options would be considered.

*Responsibilities*

• Core Duties: Clinical history taking, patient examinations, ordering/interpreting diagnostics, managing treatments, patient education, and EMR record-keeping
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in case management to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and self-care strategies.

*Skills*

• Proficiency in medical terminology relevant to nursing practices.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
