Building Materials Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and discuss product features, quality, and quantities available
• Provide after-sales service by building customer loyalty, handling complaints, and following up on deliveries when required
• Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product advice in-store and over the phone
• Prepare quotes by calculating quantities required for customer projects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Participate in merchandising, promotions, and product displays

Conditions & Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred
• Strong basic math skills
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• Proactive with strong problem-solving abilities
• General knowledge of construction materials and hardware products
• English proficiency is an asset
• Dynamic, professional, and customer-oriented attitude
• Ability to serve customers quickly and accurately
