Job description
Paladin Security has 6 openings for Security Officer in Kelowna, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
- Recommend security systems.
- Check age identification of patrons.
- Enforce regulations to maintain order and resolve conflicts and to monitor establishment activities.
- Operate security control room equipment.
- Patrol assigned areas.
- Perform security checks of passengers and luggage.
- Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Security Guard License
