Seasonal Warehouse Associate

Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with occasional weekend shifts as required by volume) About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Warehouse Associates to join our team for the busy peak season. Located in southeast Winnipeg, our facility handles high volumes of inventory heading into the winter months. In this role, you will be on the move, ensuring our orders are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for shipping. Key Responsibilities Order Picking: Locate and pull products from warehouse shelves accurately using pick lists or scanners. Packing & Sorting: Securely pack items into shipping boxes, verify order accuracy, and apply shipping labels. Inventory Receiving: Assist with unloading incoming shipments and organizing stock on shelves. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep workstations, aisles, and packing areas clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs comfortably throughout an 8-hour shift. Strong attention to detail to ensure customers receive the exact items they ordered. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a warehouse, retail stockroom, or production line is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidates!
