Café Manager – Full-Time

Wage: $36.92 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the daily operations of the café.
- Supervise and coordinate café staff and their daily activities.
- Prepare staff schedules and assign duties.
- Recruit, train and supervise employees.
- Establish and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and arrange for ordering of food, beverages and other supplies.
- Monitor revenues, operating costs and other business expenses.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and workplace safety requirements.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service.
Employment Requirements:
- Secondary school education is required.
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a café, restaurant, food service or related environment is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational and customer-service skills.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate employees in a fast-paced environment.
- English language ability sufficient to perform the duties of the position.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the food service industry, including supervisory or management experience.
- Experience in a café, bakery, pastry shop, restaurant, or similar food service establishment is preferred.
- Ability to supervise, train, and coordinate staff.
- Strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English.
