*Job Summary Statement:*

The role is responsible for managing maintenance spare parts inventory, storeroom operations, and CMMS administration to support high equipment uptime and maintenance efficiency in a highly automated cold-chain distribution environment. This role ensures accurate parts availability, clean CMMS data, and effective coordination between maintenance, operations, procurement, and vendors.

*Essential Functions & Responsibilities:*

• Manage maintenance parts storeroom operations including receiving, storage, issuance, and returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits
• Establish and manage min/max levels, reorder points, and critical spare strategies
• Coordinate parts purchasing and vendor relationships to ensure availability and cost control
• Administer and maintain the CMMS, including asset records, BOMs, locations, and spare parts catalogs
• Ensure accurate work order processing and parts usage tracking in the CMMS
• Generate reports and dashboards for maintenance performance, inventory usage, and cost tracking
• Train maintenance and operations personnel on CMMS usage and data standards
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and reliability initiatives
• Provide guidance and support to junior Tech staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storeroom environment
• May be required support other sites
• All other tasks as assigned by management

*Job Specifications?Skills and Competencies:*

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
• 3?5 years of experience in maintenance parts, inventory management, or CMMS coordination
• Hands-on experience with CMMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Infor, eMaint, Asset Essential)
• Experience supporting industrial maintenance teams preferred
• WHMIS certified and Working at Heights certification an asset
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
• Self-starter and a team player with developing time management skills and ability to multi-task
• Familiarity with automated material handling systems (ASRS, conveyors, robotics) preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• *Fully capable of working in varying temperatures. Temperatures may range anywhere from 2°C to 15°C in most Brimich Warehouses. Brimich Cold Storage buildings may range from 0°C to -30 °C.*
