Job description
Shaughnessy Golf and Country Club has 3 openings for Cook, First in Vancouver, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas.
- Organize buffets and banquets.
- Manage kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
