Job description
The Tapa Bar / Bodega Bar Poco has 2 openings for Cook in Victoria, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
- Co-ordinate special events.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
