Job description
Alderaan Hospitality limited has 4 openings for Cook in Victoria, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
- Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
- Order supplies and equipment.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
- Manage kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
