Job description
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
- Administer bedside and personal care
- Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
- Demonstrate infant care to new parents
- Feed or assist in feeding
- Launder clothing and household linens
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
- Plan therapeutic diets and menus
- Provide companionship
- Provide personal care
- Shop for food and household supplies
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Cook
Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; Personal and culinary services, other; Child care and support services management; Health/health care
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Personal Support Worker Certificate
