10 Acres At The Pier has 2 openings for Assistant Manager, Restaurant in Sidney, BC — permanent, full-time, starting as soon as possible.
- Monitor staff performance.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Supervise staff.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.
Requirements
- Language of work: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
